Knitters Pride Cubics Needles

Knitters Pride Cubics

We’ve recently started carrying a new line of needles, Knitters Pride Cubics, in both double-pointed and interchangeable circular needles.

These needles are not only aesthetically pleasing, but can also solve some common knitting problems. Knitters with arthritis or repetitive strain injuries often find that the cube, rather than rounded, shape of the needles is more comfortable for their hands, and tight knitters may find that their gauge is slightly looser on a cubic needle. The material, while lightweight, is also quite strong. Here’s some information regarding the wood from the Knitters Pride site:

…All of these are made from densified laminated birch wood. This material is more costly and much harder than either ebony or rosewood. Unlike in other wooden needles, water absorption in Symfonie wood needles is negligible and, as a result, there is no chance of warping. The same property makes our needles very strong, enables the points to be sharp and provides a lifetime of pleasurable use, if handled correctly.
