Spring, when a knitter’s mind turns to cotton!

March 27, 2010

We have some new yarns, and they all qualify for the yummy awards. Three different cotton blends, all different, all scrumptious.

We have new colors of Misti Alpaca Pima Cotton Silk. A soft yarn with a great drape, in a nice selection of solids.

Next up is one that has taken us by surprise. Kudo, by Plymouth, is a cotton/rayon/silk blend with scrumptious, long colorways. It looks amazing knitted up and is lovely and soft.

And last but not least is Grass,

Grass is a Cotton Hemp blend in a few soft colorways. the patterning subtly changes when knit up, creating a very pleasant fabric.

Edited to Add one more spring yarn:

Nashua Handknits Creative Focus Linen, a worsted weight Linen/Cotton blend in nine colors.
