Mid-May Update

Remember the limited edition Booby Sock from Skacel? We’ve received word that Skacel was able to donate $22,500 to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer research. If you missed out on the Booby Sock, we have one kit left and when it’s gone it’s gone!

We have two new patterns from Skacel: Socks Appeal Boxers designed for Trekking and the Traveling Knitter’s Yarn Pouch designed for self-striping sock yarn. Both patterns are a great way to use up your sock yarn stash by knitting something besides socks.

You have to see Araucania’s Ruca Multy, which is a DK weight yarn made entirely out of sugar cane! At 263 yards, it’s got a whole lot more yarn than you may think when looking at the skein.
